目的：探讨经皮肾穿刺造瘘术治疗肾积水的临床疗效。方法：收治肾积水患者60例，所有患者均行经皮肾穿刺造瘘术治疗，观察治疗效果。结果：68个肾均用一步法穿刺，1次穿刺成功率100.0%，术后生命体征保持稳定，造瘘管引流状况良好，未发生严重并发症，54例患者术后2周常规检查发现Cr、Bun指标恢复正常，6例患者肾功能指标未见下降。结论：经皮肾穿刺造瘘术治疗肾积水具有较高的可行性，且并发症较少，利于改善肾功能，临床应用价值较高。
목적：탐토경피신천자조루술치료신적수적림상료효。방법：수치신적수환자60례，소유환자균행경피신천자조루술치료，관찰치료효과。결과：68개신균용일보법천자，1차천자성공솔100.0%，술후생명체정보지은정，조루관인류상황량호，미발생엄중병발증，54례환자술후2주상규검사발현Cr、Bun지표회복정상，6례환자신공능지표미견하강。결론：경피신천자조루술치료신적수구유교고적가행성，차병발증교소，리우개선신공능，림상응용개치교고。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of percutaneous nephrostomy for treatment of hydronephrosis.Methods:60 patients with hydronephrosis were selected.All the patients were treated with percutaneous nephrostomy.We observed the effect of treatment.Results:68 kidneys were all given one-step puncture,and one puncture success rate was 100%.After the operation,the vital signs were stable,fistula drainage was good,there was no serious complications.In routine examination after 2 weeks of operation,the Cr and Bun index of 54 patients were back to normal,and the renal function of 6 patients was not decreased. Conclusion:Percutaneous nephrostomy for treatment of hydronephrosis was feasible,and the complications were less.It was conducive to the improvement of renal function,and clinical application value was high.
