目的：探讨右美托咪定用于无痛胃镜麻醉的临床效果。方法：无痛胃镜治疗患者50例，随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予丙泊酚麻醉治疗，观察组给予右美托咪定麻醉治疗，比较两组患者的临床效果。结果：观察组在平均入睡时间、平均苏醒时间和不良反应的发生率方面均优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：在无痛胃镜麻醉中应用右美托咪定效果显著。

목적：탐토우미탁미정용우무통위경마취적림상효과。방법：무통위경치료환자50례，수궤분위대조조화관찰조。대조조급여병박분마취치료，관찰조급여우미탁미정마취치료，비교량조환자적림상효과。결과：관찰조재평균입수시간、평균소성시간화불량반응적발생솔방면균우우대조조，차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：재무통위경마취중응용우미탁미정효과현저。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of dexmedetomidine for gastroscopy anesthesia.Methods:50 patients with painless gastroscopy treatment were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. Patients in the control group were given propofol anesthesia treatment,while the observation group were treated with dexmedetomidine anesthesia treatment,then we compared the clinical effect of the two groups patients.Results:The average sleep time, average travel time and the incidence of adverse reaction of the observation group were better than those of the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of the application of dexmedetomidine in painless gastroscopy anesthesia is remarkable.
