目的：探讨腹膜后肿瘤手术麻醉、治疗方法。方法：收治行腹膜后肿瘤手术麻醉患者30例，回顾分析其临床资料。结果：所有患者在行手术麻醉治疗后临床症状均得到了一定的缓解，患者麻醉手术治疗前的疼痛指数与麻醉手术治疗后的疼痛指数相比明显降低，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：对腹膜后肿瘤患者进行气管内插管全身麻醉治疗能够有效地降低患者的临床疼痛指数，提高患者的生存质量。

목적：탐토복막후종류수술마취、치료방법。방법：수치행복막후종류수술마취환자30례，회고분석기림상자료。결과：소유환자재행수술마취치료후림상증상균득도료일정적완해，환자마취수술치료전적동통지수여마취수술치료후적동통지수상비명현강저，차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：대복막후종류환자진행기관내삽관전신마취치료능구유효지강저환자적림상동통지수，제고환자적생존질량。
Objective:To explore the treatment method of retroperitoneal tumor surgery.Methods:30 patients with retroperitoneal tumor operation anesthesia were selected.We analyzed the clinical datas of them retrospectively.Results:The clinical symptoms of all of the patients had been alleviated after the operation anesthesia treatment.The pain index before the anesthesia operation treatment was decreased significantly compared with after the anesthesia operation treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The tracheal intubation general anesthesia in patients with retroperitoneal tumor therapy can reduce the patients pain index effectively,and improve the quality of life of patients.
