目的：探讨全麻和腰硬联合麻醉在髋关节置换术中的应用效果。方法：收治髋关节置换术患者60例，随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组采用全身麻醉，观察组采用腰硬联合麻醉，观察两组麻醉效果。结果：观察组优良率86.7%明显好于对照组的60%(P＜0.05)，对照组术后并发症发生率33.33%明显高于观察组的6.67%(P＜0.05)。结论：腰硬联合麻醉在髋关节置换术麻醉中应用效果显著，安全性和可行性高。

목적：탐토전마화요경연합마취재관관절치환술중적응용효과。방법：수치관관절치환술환자60례，수궤분위대조조화관찰조，대조조채용전신마취，관찰조채용요경연합마취，관찰량조마취효과。결과：관찰조우량솔86.7%명현호우대조조적60%(P＜0.05)，대조조술후병발증발생솔33.33%명현고우관찰조적6.67%(P＜0.05)。결론：요경연합마취재관관절치환술마취중응용효과현저，안전성화가행성고。
Objective:To explore the application effect of general anesthesia and combined spinal epidural anesthesia for hip joint replacement.Methods:60 patients with hip replacement were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was given general anesthesia,while the observation group was given combined spinal epidural anesthesia,then we observed the anesthetic effect of the two groups.Results:The excellent and good rate of 86.7% in the observation group was significantly better than 60% in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications of 33.33% in the control group was significantly higher than 6.67% in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of combined spinal epidural anesthesia for hip joint replacement was significant,and the safety and feasibility was high.
