Inclined T type locking bone fracture plate%Osteoporosis%Distal radius fractures
目的：探讨斜T型锁定接骨板治疗骨质疏松型桡骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法：对32例骨质疏松型桡骨远端骨折患者给予斜T型锁定接骨板内固定治疗。结果：随访4～24周后，骨折全部愈合。Dienst评分系统进行评定：优22例，良6例，一般4例，差0，优良率达87.5%。结论：斜T型锁定接骨板可有效治疗治疗骨质疏松型桡骨远端骨折。

목적：탐토사T형쇄정접골판치료골질소송형뇨골원단골절적림상료효。방법：대32례골질소송형뇨골원단골절환자급여사T형쇄정접골판내고정치료。결과：수방4～24주후，골절전부유합。Dienst평분계통진행평정：우22례，량6례，일반4례，차0，우량솔체87.5%。결론：사T형쇄정접골판가유효치료치료골질소송형뇨골원단골절。
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of inclined T type locking bone fracture plate in the treatment of osteoporosis type distal radius fractures.Methods:32 patients with osteoporosis type distal radius fractures were given inclined T type locking bone fracture plate fixation treatment.Results:After follow-up of 4~24 weeks,all fractures were healed.Dienst scoring system to assess:22 cases were excellent,6 cases were good,4 cases were generally,none was poor,the excellent and good rate was 87.5%.Conclusion:Inclined T type locking bone fracture plate is effective in the treatment of osteoporosis type distal radius fractures.
