目的：探讨Ⅰ期切除吻合术在左侧大肠癌合并急性肠梗阻治疗中的应用效果。方法：收治左侧大肠癌合并急性肠梗阻患者40例，随机分为观察组和对照组，各20例。对照组给予Hartmann手术治疗，观察组给予I期切除吻合术治疗，比较两组效果。结果：观察组术后并发症发生率10.00%、死亡率20.00%、住院时间(13.5±2.5)d、住院费用(12680±125)元等均明显低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：Ⅰ期切除吻合术在左侧大肠癌合并急性肠梗阻治疗中应用效果良好，能有效减少术后并发症的发生，缩短住院时间，降低住院费用。
목적：탐토Ⅰ기절제문합술재좌측대장암합병급성장경조치료중적응용효과。방법：수치좌측대장암합병급성장경조환자40례，수궤분위관찰조화대조조，각20례。대조조급여Hartmann수술치료，관찰조급여I기절제문합술치료，비교량조효과。결과：관찰조술후병발증발생솔10.00%、사망솔20.00%、주원시간(13.5±2.5)d、주원비용(12680±125)원등균명현저우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：Ⅰ기절제문합술재좌측대장암합병급성장경조치료중응용효과량호，능유효감소술후병발증적발생，축단주원시간，강저주원비용。
Objective:To explore the treatment effect of one stage resection and anastomosis for treatment of left colon cancer with acute intestinal obstruction.Methods:40 patients with left colon cancer and acute intestinal obstruction were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 20 cases in each group.The control group was given Hartmann operation treatment,and the observation group was given one stage resection and anastomosis treatment,then we compared the effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the postoperative complication rate of 10%,the mortality rate of 20%,length of hospital stay with (13.5±2.5) days,cost of hospitalization with (12 680±125) yuan were all significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment effect of one stage resection and anastomosis for treatment of left colon cancer with acute intestinal obstruction was good.It can effectively reduce the postoperative complications,shorten the time of hospitalization,and reduce hospitalization expenses.
