目的：分析低分子肝素预防下肢静脉曲张术后深静脉血栓形成的临床效果。方法随机选择2012年1月-2014年1月在该院行分段剥脱术+腔内激光闭合术+大隐静脉高位结扎的下肢静脉曲张患者400例，将其随机分成实验组和对照组各200例，对照组患者术后不给于抗凝药物，实验组患者术后给予低分子肝素进行预防治疗，对两组患者深静脉血栓形成和并发症发生情况进行对比分析。结果在浸透敷料出血、切口出血、血小板减少以及肝功能异常发生率方面，两组患者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；实验组患者深静脉血栓形成发生率显著低于对照组患者，两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后随访发现，两组患者在下肢静脉曲张复发率和隐神经损伤发生率方面比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在对下肢静脉曲张术后深静脉血栓形成进行预防时，低分子肝素具有比较好的临床效果，而且安全性高，应该进行临床推广和应用。

목적：분석저분자간소예방하지정맥곡장술후심정맥혈전형성적림상효과。방법수궤선택2012년1월-2014년1월재해원행분단박탈술+강내격광폐합술+대은정맥고위결찰적하지정맥곡장환자400례，장기수궤분성실험조화대조조각200례，대조조환자술후불급우항응약물，실험조환자술후급여저분자간소진행예방치료，대량조환자심정맥혈전형성화병발증발생정황진행대비분석。결과재침투부료출혈、절구출혈、혈소판감소이급간공능이상발생솔방면，량조환자비교차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)；실험조환자심정맥혈전형성발생솔현저저우대조조환자，량자비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。술후수방발현，량조환자재하지정맥곡장복발솔화은신경손상발생솔방면비교차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론재대하지정맥곡장술후심정맥혈전형성진행예방시，저분자간소구유비교호적림상효과，이차안전성고，응해진행림상추엄화응용。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of low molecular weight heparin in preventing deep vein thrombosis after vari-cose vein surgery of lower extremities. Methods 400 patients with varicose vein of lower extremities who received stripping off +endovenous laser+ high ligation of great saphenous vein segments between January 2012 to January 2014 were selected and ran-domly divided into experimental group and control group with 200 cases in each group. No nticoagulant drugs after operation was given to patients in the control, while low molecular weight heparin was used for patients in the experimental for prevention and treatment,, and formation of group deep vein thrombosis and complications of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results On the respects of soaked dressing in incision hemorrhage, bleeding, thrombocytopenia and abnormal liver function, no statistically significant difference was found between the incidences of two groups. The incidence of deep vein thrombosis of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the differences had statistical significance (P<0.05). In follow-up after operation, no significant differences were found between the lower limb varicose recurrence rate and saphenous nerve injury of the two groups. (P>0.05). Conclusion In preventing deep vein thrombosis after varicose vein surgery of lower extremities,Low molecular weight heparin has good clinical effect and high safety, so it should be promoted and applied in clinical practice.
