目的：探讨会阴皮肤连续缝合在初产妇会阴侧切术中的应用效果以及对产妇伤口疼痛的影响。方法：收治行会阴侧切术分娩的初产妇328例，随机分为观察组和对照组，各164例。观察组采用可吸收线连续皮内缝合伤口，对照组采用羊肠线间断缝合伤口，比较两组的效果。结果：观察组术后1 d、2 d、3 d的VAS评分显著低于对照组(P＜0.05)；观察组伤口肿胀程度、愈合情况和住院时间显著优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：会阴皮肤连续皮内缝合有利于减轻初产妇会阴侧切术后伤口的疼痛程度，加速伤口愈合，缩短康复时间。

목적：탐토회음피부련속봉합재초산부회음측절술중적응용효과이급대산부상구동통적영향。방법：수치행회음측절술분면적초산부328례，수궤분위관찰조화대조조，각164례。관찰조채용가흡수선련속피내봉합상구，대조조채용양장선간단봉합상구，비교량조적효과。결과：관찰조술후1 d、2 d、3 d적VAS평분현저저우대조조(P＜0.05)；관찰조상구종창정도、유합정황화주원시간현저우우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：회음피부련속피내봉합유리우감경초산부회음측절술후상구적동통정도，가속상구유합，축단강복시간。
Objective:To explore the effect of application of skin of perineum continuous suture in lateral episiotomy of primipara and its influence on maternal wound pain.Methods:328 cases of primipara with lateral episiotomy were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 164 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with absorbable line continuous intradermal suture the wound.The control group was treated by catgut interrupted suture wounds. We compared the effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,at 1 day,2 days,3 days after operation,the VAS score was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the wound swelling degree,healing and hospital stay was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous intradermal suture for skin of perineum was beneficial to reduce the degree of pain of primipara with lateral episiotomy,accelerate wound healing,and shorten the recovery time.
