目的：探讨小儿喘憋性肺炎的临床治疗效果。方法：收治喘憋性肺炎患者109例，随机分为试验疗效组(54例)和分析疗效组(55例)。分析疗效组给予抗感染和氨溴索雾化治疗，试验疗效组给予氨溴索雾化和细辛脑治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果：试验疗效组治疗效果优于分析疗效组。结论：氨溴索和细辛脑治疗能够快速治愈小儿喘憋性肺炎，见效快，疗效强，安全性高。

목적：탐토소인천별성폐염적림상치료효과。방법：수치천별성폐염환자109례，수궤분위시험료효조(54례)화분석료효조(55례)。분석료효조급여항감염화안추색무화치료，시험료효조급여안추색무화화세신뇌치료。비교량조적치료효과。결과：시험료효조치료효과우우분석료효조。결론：안추색화세신뇌치료능구쾌속치유소인천별성폐염，견효쾌，료효강，안전성고。
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of pediatric asthma suppress pneumonia.Methods:109 patients with asthmatic suffocating pneumonia were selected.They were randomly divided into the experimental curative effect group(54 cases) and the analysis curative effect group(55 cases).The analysis curative effect group was given anti infection and ambroxol atomization treatment.The experimental curative effect group was given ambroxol atomization and asarone treatment.The treatment effects of two groups were compared.Results:The treatment effect of the experimental curative effect group was better than that of the analysis curative effect group.Conclusion:Ambroxol and asarone treatment can quickly cure pediatric asthma suppress pneumonia.It has quick effect,high curative effect and no adverse reaction.
