目的：研究老年2型糖尿病患者的诊断和规范治疗。方法：收治老年2型糖尿病患者60例，依据不同的临床症状，选择不同的降血糖原则。结果：60例老年2型糖尿病患者中，采用胰岛素进行治疗或者口服降糖药，其临床治疗效果相当，均可以有效控制老年血糖。结论：对于老年2型糖尿病患者而言，选择药物时应该根据其身体器官的功能情况进行。

목적：연구노년2형당뇨병환자적진단화규범치료。방법：수치노년2형당뇨병환자60례，의거불동적림상증상，선택불동적강혈당원칙。결과：60례노년2형당뇨병환자중，채용이도소진행치료혹자구복강당약，기림상치료효과상당，균가이유효공제노년혈당。결론：대우노년2형당뇨병환자이언，선택약물시응해근거기신체기관적공능정황진행。
Objective:To explore the experience in diagnosis and standard treatment of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods:60 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes were selected.According to different clinical symptoms,they were given different hypoglycemic principle.Results:In 60 cases of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes,either the insulin or oral hypoglycemic drug treatment,the clinical effect was considerable,and both of them can effectively control blood glucose in elderly patients.Conclusion:For elderly patients with type 2 diabetes,the choice of drugs should be carried out according to the functions of the body organs.
