目的：分析原发性出血型小肠肿瘤的外科诊断与治疗。方法：收治小肠肿瘤与消化道出血病患者40例，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：肿瘤的性质和大小与消化道的出血量和出血的时间无关；良性肿瘤大部分属于平滑肌肿瘤，其主要位置是空肠，而位于回肠中的大部分属于恶性肿瘤，其中最多见的是腺癌以及淋巴瘤；大部分属于良性肿瘤；大部分患者＞40岁；主要症状为便血。结论：原发性小肠肿瘤的常见临床症状就是消化道出血。
目的：分析原髮性齣血型小腸腫瘤的外科診斷與治療。方法：收治小腸腫瘤與消化道齣血病患者40例，對其臨床資料進行迴顧性分析。結果：腫瘤的性質和大小與消化道的齣血量和齣血的時間無關；良性腫瘤大部分屬于平滑肌腫瘤，其主要位置是空腸，而位于迴腸中的大部分屬于噁性腫瘤，其中最多見的是腺癌以及淋巴瘤；大部分屬于良性腫瘤；大部分患者＞40歲；主要癥狀為便血。結論：原髮性小腸腫瘤的常見臨床癥狀就是消化道齣血。
목적：분석원발성출혈형소장종류적외과진단여치료。방법：수치소장종류여소화도출혈병환자40례，대기림상자료진행회고성분석。결과：종류적성질화대소여소화도적출혈량화출혈적시간무관；량성종류대부분속우평활기종류，기주요위치시공장，이위우회장중적대부분속우악성종류，기중최다견적시선암이급림파류；대부분속우량성종류；대부분환자＞40세；주요증상위편혈。결론：원발성소장종류적상견림상증상취시소화도출혈。
Objective:To analyze the surgical diagnosis and treatment of primary hemorrhagic small bowel tumor.Methods:40 patients with small bowel tumor and alimentary tract hemorrhage disease were selected.The clinical data were given retrospective analysis.Results:the nature and size of the tumor had no correlation with the bleeding amount and bleeding time.The most benign tumors were smooth muscle tumors,the main location was located in jejunum,the most tumors located in the ileum that were cancer,which were the most common adenocarcinoma and lymphoma.The most tumors were benign tumors.The most patients were over 40 years old.The main symptoms were hematochezia.Conclusion:The common clinical symptom of primary small bowel tumor is alimentary tract hemorrhage.
