目的：探讨新生儿窒息与产科的相关因素。方法：收治窒息新生儿59例，分析导致新生儿窒息的妇产科相关原因。结果：脐带、羊水、胎盘原因是导致新生儿窒息的主要原因，分娩方式和胎儿体重也与造成新生儿窒息有一定的关系。结论：造成新生儿出现窒息情况的产科原因有很多，为了有效地降低新生儿的窒息率，需要在产前定期产检，加强对胎儿的监护，分析可能造成胎儿窒息的原因，提前采取预防措施。

목적：탐토신생인질식여산과적상관인소。방법：수치질식신생인59례，분석도치신생인질식적부산과상관원인。결과：제대、양수、태반원인시도치신생인질식적주요원인，분면방식화태인체중야여조성신생인질식유일정적관계。결론：조성신생인출현질식정황적산과원인유흔다，위료유효지강저신생인적질식솔，수요재산전정기산검，가강대태인적감호，분석가능조성태인질식적원인，제전채취예방조시。
Objective:To explore the obstetrics related factors of neonatal asphyxia.Methods:59 neonatal asphyxia were selected. We analyzed the cause of gynecology and obstetrics related reasons they suffocate.Results:The umbilical cord,placenta,amniotic fluid is the major causes of neonatal asphyxia.The mode of delivery and fetal birth weight had the certain relationship to neonatal asphyxia.Conclusion:There are many obstetric causes on neonatal occured asphyxia situation,in order to reduce the rate of neonatal asphyxia,we need to do regular prenatal examination,strengthen the monitoring of the fetus,analy the possible causes of fetal distress,and take preventive measures in advance.
