目的：观察抗抑郁治疗对不稳定性心绞痛伴抑郁症患者的临床效果。方法：收治不稳定性心绞痛伴抑郁症患者68例，随机分为对照组和试验组，每组34例。对照组给予常规的心血管药物治疗，试验组在对照组的基础上增加奥氮平抗抑郁药物，对两组患者的心绞痛发作情况、硝酸甘油使用剂量及住院次数进行比较。结果：对照组每周发生心绞痛≥1次11例(32.4%)明显少于试验组的28例(85.3%)(P＜0.05)；对照组每周硝酸甘油用量控制在≤2 mg10例(29.4%)明显少于试验组的27例(79.4%)(P＜0.05)；动态心电图检测中，试验组疗效明显较好。结论：对不稳定性心绞痛伴抑郁症患者的临床治疗中采用抗抑郁治疗有明显的治疗效果，能较好地提高患者的生存质量。
목적：관찰항억욱치료대불은정성심교통반억욱증환자적림상효과。방법：수치불은정성심교통반억욱증환자68례，수궤분위대조조화시험조，매조34례。대조조급여상규적심혈관약물치료，시험조재대조조적기출상증가오담평항억욱약물，대량조환자적심교통발작정황、초산감유사용제량급주원차수진행비교。결과：대조조매주발생심교통≥1차11례(32.4%)명현소우시험조적28례(85.3%)(P＜0.05)；대조조매주초산감유용량공제재≤2 mg10례(29.4%)명현소우시험조적27례(79.4%)(P＜0.05)；동태심전도검측중，시험조료효명현교호。결론：대불은정성심교통반억욱증환자적림상치료중채용항억욱치료유명현적치료효과，능교호지제고환자적생존질량。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of antidepressant treatment in unstable angina pectoris patients with depression.Methods:68 unstable angina pectoris patients with depression were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group with 34 cases in each.The control group was given conventional cardiovascular drug treatment.The experimental group was given mirtazapine antidepressant drug on the basis of the control group.The anginal frequencies,nitroglycerin dosages and hospitalization frequencies of patients in two groups were compared.Results:11 cases(32.4%) of weekly angina within 1 time in the control group was less than 28 cases(85.3%) of the experimental group(P<0.05).10 cases(29.4%) of weekly nitroglycerin dosage control within 2 mg in the control group was less than 27 cases(79.4%) of the experimental group(P<0.05).In the dynamic electrocardiogram detection,the curative effect of the experimental group was significantly better.Conclusion:Using antidepressant treatment in the clinical treatment of unstable angina pectoris patients with depression has obvious treatment effect.It better improves the life quality of patients.
