目的：分析心房纤颤(Af)的治疗方法。方法：收治Af患者53例，观察不同药物的效果。结果：地高辛是风心病Af治疗的首选药物；西地兰治愈率较高77%(10/13)；对冠心病阵发性快速Af尤佳。结论：应用抗心律失常药物治疗Af时，一定要注意其适应证及禁忌证，应用时要密切观察其不良反应，及时发现，及时处理。

목적：분석심방섬전(Af)적치료방법。방법：수치Af환자53례，관찰불동약물적효과。결과：지고신시풍심병Af치료적수선약물；서지란치유솔교고77%(10/13)；대관심병진발성쾌속Af우가。결론：응용항심률실상약물치료Af시，일정요주의기괄응증급금기증，응용시요밀절관찰기불량반응，급시발현，급시처리。
Objective:To analyze the treatment method of atrial fibrillation(Af).Methods:53 cases of Af patients were selected.The effects of different drugs were observed.Results:Digoxin was the priority drug in the treatment of rheumatic heart disease Af.The cure rate of cedilanid was higher 77%(10/13).It was especially good for coronary heart disease paroxysmal rapid Af.Conclusion:Applying antiarrhythmic drugs in the treatment of Af,we must be paid attention to its indications and contraindications.It should closely observe the adverse reaction when the application.It has timely detection and timely treatment.
