目的：研究在催产素基础上加用米索前列醇对产后出血的预防效果。方法：收治产妇82例，随机分为对照组及观察组，各41例。对照组单纯采用催产素，观察组在此基础上加用米索前列醇，比较两组的效果。结果：观察组的各项并发症发生率均明显低于对照组，在第三产程、产后2 h、产后24 h的平均出血量低于对照组。结论：在催产素基础上加用米索前列醇能够有效控制产妇出血量，并对产后并发症予以控制。

목적：연구재최산소기출상가용미색전렬순대산후출혈적예방효과。방법：수치산부82례，수궤분위대조조급관찰조，각41례。대조조단순채용최산소，관찰조재차기출상가용미색전렬순，비교량조적효과。결과：관찰조적각항병발증발생솔균명현저우대조조，재제삼산정、산후2 h、산후24 h적평균출혈량저우대조조。결론：재최산소기출상가용미색전렬순능구유효공제산부출혈량，병대산후병발증여이공제。
Objective:To explore the preventive effect of misoprostol combined with oxytocin for postpartum hemorrhage.Methods:82 cases of pregnant women were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oxytocin,and the observation group was treated with misoprostol on the basis of this,then we compared the effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the complication rate was significantly lower than the control group.The average amount of bleeding at the third stage of labor,postpartum 2 hours and postpartum 24 hours was lower than that of the control group.Conclusion:Combined with misoprostol on the basis of oxytocin can effectively control the amount of postpartum hemorrhage and postpartum complications..
