Antiviral drugs%flu%The application mechanism
目的：探讨常见抗病毒药物在呼吸系统疾病中的应用。方法：2011年3月-2012年3月收治流行性感冒(流感)患者84例，随机分为观察组和对照组，各42例，观察组给以利巴韦林注射液治疗，对照组则服用奥司他韦胶囊。观察两组疗效。结果：观察组有效治疗37例，有效率88.10%。对照组有效治疗39例，有效率92.86%。两组差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：常用抗病毒药物对流感的治疗均具有良好的疗效，奥司他韦效果更佳。

목적：탐토상견항병독약물재호흡계통질병중적응용。방법：2011년3월-2012년3월수치류행성감모(류감)환자84례，수궤분위관찰조화대조조，각42례，관찰조급이리파위림주사액치료，대조조칙복용오사타위효낭。관찰량조료효。결과：관찰조유효치료37례，유효솔88.10%。대조조유효치료39례，유효솔92.86%。량조차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：상용항병독약물대류감적치료균구유량호적료효，오사타위효과경가。
Objective:To investigate the application of common antiviral drugs in disease of respiratory system.Methods: 84 cases of flu patients from March 2011 to March 2012 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 42 cases in each.The observation group were given ribavirin injection treatment,and the control group were given oseltamivir capsules.The curative effect of two groups was observed.Results:In the observation group,37 cases were effective,and the effective rate was 88.10%.In the control group,39 cases were effective,and the effective rate was 92.86%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The commonly antiviral drugs in the treatment of flu have good curative effect,and the effect of oseltamivir is better.
