随着我国经济的不断发展，出口量的不断增大，但外国对我国产品的反倾销调查的案件也在日益增多，对我国很多行业造成了严重的影响。本文以阿根廷对我国鞋类产品反倾销调查为背景，研究阿根廷相关法律及制度，从阿根廷基本国情和我国社会现状为基点，分析得出中国屡屡遭遇反倾销调查与阿根廷国内经济萎靡不振、自由经济改革以及相关的反倾销法律有关，中阿贸易顺差的不断增大及中国自身的原因也有一定的联系，并在此基础上，对政府、出口企业提出的几点应对策略。

With the continuous development of China's economy, and the increasing exports, the anti-dumping investigation cases of foreign for China’s products are also increasing, it causes serious influence for many industries of China. This paper takes Argentina’s anti-dumping investigation for the footwear products of China as the background to study the related law and system in Argentina. This paper takes Argentina's basic national conditions and China’s social status as the basis to analyze that the anti-dumping investigation of China is related to the economic malaise in Argentina, the liberal economic reforms and the relevant anti-dumping laws, it also related the increasing trade surplus of China and Argentina and the China's self-reasons. Based on these, this paper puts forward some coping strategies.
