目的：探讨PICC导管在肿瘤化疗患者中的应用与护理要点。方法整群选取2013年2月-2014年10月该院收治的76例给予PICC导管肿瘤化疗患者随机分为对照组(接受常规护理)和观察组(接受优质PICC护理)，各38例，比较两组护理效果。结果观察组PICC不良事件发生率明显低于对照组；观察组患者舒适度及疾病不确定感等指标均显著优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PICC导管在肿瘤化疗患者中的应用效果良好，可显著降低PICC不良事件发生率，改善患者不良情绪，提高舒适度，是值得临床使用和推广的护理方法。
목적：탐토PICC도관재종류화료환자중적응용여호리요점。방법정군선취2013년2월-2014년10월해원수치적76례급여PICC도관종류화료환자수궤분위대조조(접수상규호리)화관찰조(접수우질PICC호리)，각38례，비교량조호리효과。결과관찰조PICC불량사건발생솔명현저우대조조；관찰조환자서괄도급질병불학정감등지표균현저우우대조조，차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론PICC도관재종류화료환자중적응용효과량호，가현저강저PICC불량사건발생솔，개선환자불량정서，제고서괄도，시치득림상사용화추엄적호리방법。
Objective To discuss the application of PICC line to cancer patients with chemotherapy and the corresponding care points. Methods 76 cancer patients underwent chemotherapy via a PICC line in our hospital from February 2013 to October 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 38 cases in each. The control group were given the conventional nursing, while the observation group were given high-quality nursing for PICC. And the nursing efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the incidence of adverse events in the observa-tion group was much lower; the degree of comfort and sense of uncertainty in illness and other indicators was obviously better, re-spectively with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion PICC line applied to cancer patients with chemotherapy has good effect, which can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse events, improve the negative mood and degree of comfort of the patients, so it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
