目的：分析护理干预对腹膜炎患者术后胃肠功能恢复的作用。方法80例腹膜炎手术患者，随机方法分组。参照组患者术后接受常规护理，试验组患者在常规护理基础上辅以中医护理。对比分析两组患者胃肠功能恢复时间、并发症发生率。结果经过治疗后试验组患者肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排便、排气时间以及恢复饮食时间均明显短于参照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者并发症发生率明显低于参照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预对腹膜炎患者术后胃肠功能恢复起到良好促进作用，在常规护理基础上辅以中医护理效果更为显著，有利于促进患者胃肠功能恢复，减少并发症，值得推广。
목적：분석호리간예대복막염환자술후위장공능회복적작용。방법80례복막염수술환자，수궤방법분조。삼조조환자술후접수상규호리，시험조환자재상규호리기출상보이중의호리。대비분석량조환자위장공능회복시간、병발증발생솔。결과경과치료후시험조환자장명음회복시간、항문배편、배기시간이급회복음식시간균명현단우삼조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。시험조환자병발증발생솔명현저우삼조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론호리간예대복막염환자술후위장공능회복기도량호촉진작용，재상규호리기출상보이중의호리효과경위현저，유리우촉진환자위장공능회복，감소병발증，치득추엄。
Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention on the postoperative recovery of gastrointestinal function in pa-tients with peritonitis. Methods 80 cases with peritonitis surgery were randomly divided into the reference group and the experi-mental group. The reference group received conventional postoperative care, and the experimental group received conventional postoperative care supplemented by traditional Chinese medicine nursing. And the gastrointestinal function recovery time and inci-dence of complications of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results Compared with the control group, the recovery time of bowel sound, defecation time, anal evacuation time and diet recovery time after treatment in the experimental group was less than that in the reference group, respectively with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with peritonitis, nursing intervention has good effect on promoting the postoperative recovery of gastrointestinal function and reducing the incidence of complications, and the effect will be better if nursing intervention supplemented by traditional Chi-nese medicine nursing, so it is worthy of promotion.
