目的：对医疗不良事件相关影响因素进行分析，提出整改措施，提高医疗质量与安全性。方法：分析医疗不良事件报告表365例。结果：医疗不良事件排在前3位的部门分别为心血管科、门急诊及神经内科、康复医学科，药物不良反应是最常见的不良事件。结论：针对不良事件的特点，提出建议及整改措施：临床用药方面应加强管理；加强门急诊诊疗工作；加强导管的护理与宣教力度；将医院环境安全作为一项重点工作来抓；加强治安管理工作。

목적：대의료불량사건상관영향인소진행분석，제출정개조시，제고의료질량여안전성。방법：분석의료불량사건보고표365례。결과：의료불량사건배재전3위적부문분별위심혈관과、문급진급신경내과、강복의학과，약물불량반응시최상견적불량사건。결론：침대불량사건적특점，제출건의급정개조시：림상용약방면응가강관리；가강문급진진료공작；가강도관적호리여선교력도；장의원배경안전작위일항중점공작래조；가강치안관리공작。
Objective:To analyze the related influencing factors of medical adverse events,to put forward the rectification measures,to improve the medical quality and safety.Methods:365 cases of medical adverse events reports were analyzed.Results:The top 3 departments of medical adverse events were respectively cardiovascular department,outpatient emergency department and neurology department,department of rehabilitation medicine.The adverse drug reaction was the most common adverse event. Conclusion:According to the characteristics of adverse events,the recommendations and corrective measures were put forward.We should strengthen the management of clinical medicine,strengthen the diagnosis and treatment work of outpatient emergency department,strengthen the catheter nursing and education dynamics,make the hospital environment and safety as a priority task to catch,and strengthen the public security management work.
