目的：探讨冠心病(CHD)社区康复治疗措施对预后的影响和意义。方法：收治冠心病患者78例，随机分为观察组和对照组，各39例。对照组给予常规康复治疗，观察组给予综合性社区康复治疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果：治疗后，观察组临床症状改善率、血压控制值、CI值及HAMD等指标明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：冠心病患者采用综合性社区康复治疗，可改善患者临床症状，促进患者心功能康复，对疾病预后具有十分重要的意义。

목적：탐토관심병(CHD)사구강복치료조시대예후적영향화의의。방법：수치관심병환자78례，수궤분위관찰조화대조조，각39례。대조조급여상규강복치료，관찰조급여종합성사구강복치료，비교량조환자적치료효과。결과：치료후，관찰조림상증상개선솔、혈압공제치、CI치급HAMD등지표명현우우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：관심병환자채용종합성사구강복치료，가개선환자림상증상，촉진환자심공능강복，대질병예후구유십분중요적의의。
Objective:To explore the influence and significance of coronary heart disease community rehabilitation measures on the prognosis.Methods:78 patients with coronary heart disease were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 39 cases in each.The control group was given conventional rehabilitation therapy,while the observation group was given comprehensive community rehabilitation therapy.The treatment effects of patients were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the clinical symptom improvement rate,blood pressure control value,CI value, HAMD value and other indicators of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Using comprehensive community rehabilitation therapy in the patients with coronary heart disease can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and promote the heart function rehabilitation of patients.It has the very great significance on the disease prognosis.
