腹腔妊娠术前诊断困难，结合超声及核磁共振成像有助于诊断，早孕期一经诊断明确，立即手术治疗是唯一选择。中晚孕期宜根据具体情况，在患者充分知情，风险共担基础上延长孕周后手术治疗。本文分析了3例腹腔妊娠患者的临床资料。

Preoperative diagnosis of abdominal pregnancy was difficult.With the combination of ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging,once the disease was diagnosed clearly in early pregnancy,immediate operation treatment was the only choice. In middle or late pregnancy,according to the specific situation,on the basis of patients fully informed and risk sharing,we should extend the gestational week,then take operation therapy.The clinical data of 3 cases with abdominal pregnancy were retrospectively analyzed.
