本文报告了1例儿童嗜酸性肉芽肿的病史资料及诊治过程。对该患者进行手术治疗后，治愈出院。通过病例报告，以提高临床工作者对儿童顶骨嗜酸性肉芽肿的认识。儿童顶骨嗜酸性肉芽肿较为少见，提示临床工作者不要忽视儿童嗜酸性肉芽肿的可能。

In this paper,The data and treatment history of 1 case of children parietal bone eosinophilic granuloma was reported. The patient was given operation treatment,and the patient was cured and discharged. The case report improves the understanding of children parietal bone eosinophilic granuloma in clinical workers.Children parietal bone eosinophilic granuloma is rare,and it suggests that clinical workers don't ignore the possible of children parietal bone eosinophilic granuloma.
