目的：探讨健康教育对社区糖尿病护理的效果。方法：收治社区糖尿病患者159例，随机分为试验组89例和对照组70例，试验组进行健康教育，对照组未进行健康教育，比较两组的效果。结果：试验组的血糖控制率大大提高，对糖尿病的防治知识和相关技能的掌握明显增加，而对照组则未有重大的变化(P＜0.05)。结论：健康教育对社区糖尿病患者的护理有着重要的影响，大大控制了患者的病情，有效提高了患者的生活质量。

목적：탐토건강교육대사구당뇨병호리적효과。방법：수치사구당뇨병환자159례，수궤분위시험조89례화대조조70례，시험조진행건강교육，대조조미진행건강교육，비교량조적효과。결과：시험조적혈당공제솔대대제고，대당뇨병적방치지식화상관기능적장악명현증가，이대조조칙미유중대적변화(P＜0.05)。결론：건강교육대사구당뇨병환자적호리유착중요적영향，대대공제료환자적병정，유효제고료환자적생활질량。
Objective:To investigate the effect of health education on the diabetes care in community.Methods:159 patients with diabetes in community were selected.They were randomly divided into the experimental group with 89 cases and the control group with 70 cases.The experimental group was given health education,and the control group was not given health education,then we compared the effect of two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the blood sugar control rate was greatly improved,and the prevention and treatment knowledge and related skills for the diabetes were significantly increased,while the control group had no significant change(P<0.05).Conclusion:Health education had important effect on nursing for diabetic patients in community.It can control the condition of the patient,and effectively improve the quality of life of patients.
