目的：探讨综合护理干预对宫缩乏力性产后出血的预防效果。方法：收治产妇100例，随机分为观察组与对照组，各50例。两组均行常规护理，在此基础上，观察组应用综合护理，观察两组的效果。结果：观察组的产后出血发生率和产后出血量显著优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：综合护理干预能够有效地预防宫缩乏力性产后出血，减少产妇的出血量。
目的：探討綜閤護理榦預對宮縮乏力性產後齣血的預防效果。方法：收治產婦100例，隨機分為觀察組與對照組，各50例。兩組均行常規護理，在此基礎上，觀察組應用綜閤護理，觀察兩組的效果。結果：觀察組的產後齣血髮生率和產後齣血量顯著優于對照組(P＜0.05)。結論：綜閤護理榦預能夠有效地預防宮縮乏力性產後齣血，減少產婦的齣血量。
목적：탐토종합호리간예대궁축핍력성산후출혈적예방효과。방법：수치산부100례，수궤분위관찰조여대조조，각50례。량조균행상규호리，재차기출상，관찰조응용종합호리，관찰량조적효과。결과：관찰조적산후출혈발생솔화산후출혈량현저우우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：종합호리간예능구유효지예방궁축핍력성산후출혈，감소산부적출혈량。
Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia.Methods:100 pregnant women were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 50 cases in each.The two group were given routine nursing,on the basis of this,the observation group was given comprehensive nursing care.We observed the effect of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage and postpartum hemorrhage amount were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively prevent postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia,and reduce the amount of bleeding.
