目的：探讨家庭护理综合健康教育方法在手足口病患儿中的应用。方法：收治手足口病患儿100例，随机分为观察组和对照组，各50例，对照组给予宣教指导，观察组在对照组的基础上给予家庭护理综合健康教育，比较两组的效果。结果：干预后，两组家庭对手足口病家庭自我管理和护理知识掌握均有所提高，观察组的掌握情况优于对照组。结论：采用家庭护理综合健康教育可使家长掌握手足口病知识，提高家长对患儿家庭护理的能力，促进患儿早日康复。

Objective:To explore the application of family nursing comprehensive health education for patients with hand-foot-mouth disease.Methods:100 children with hand-foot-mouth disease were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 50 cases in each.The control group were given education guidance,and the observation group were given family nursing comprehensive health education on the basis of the control group.We compared the effect of the two groups.Results:After the intervention,family self management and nursing knowledge for hand-foot-mouth disease of the two groups were improved,and grasping state of the observation group was better than the control group.Conclusion:Family nursing comprehensive health education can promote the parents to master the knowledge of hand-foot-mouth disease, improve the ability of the parents for the home care of children,and promote an early recovery of patients.
