目的：探讨新生儿重度窒息抢救与护理的临床效果，总结最佳的临床抢救方式与护理措施。方法：收治重度窒息新生儿37例作为试验组，并选取没有给予综合抢救与护理的37例患儿作为常规组，比较两组效果。结果：试验组复苏成功率、复苏后Apgar评分、并发症发生率均较常规组好。结论：对重度窒息新生儿予以及时的抢救，并进行综合护理，有利于提高抢救成功率，降低患儿死亡率，减少患儿并发症的发生率。

목적：탐토신생인중도질식창구여호리적림상효과，총결최가적림상창구방식여호리조시。방법：수치중도질식신생인37례작위시험조，병선취몰유급여종합창구여호리적37례환인작위상규조，비교량조효과。결과：시험조복소성공솔、복소후Apgar평분、병발증발생솔균교상규조호。결론：대중도질식신생인여이급시적창구，병진행종합호리，유리우제고창구성공솔，강저환인사망솔，감소환인병발증적발생솔。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of the rescue and nursing care of severe asphyxia,and summarize the best way of the clinical rescue methods and nursing measures.Methods:37 cases neonatal asphyxia were selected as the experimental group,and 37 cases who were not given a comprehensive treatment and nursing care were selected as the routine group.We compared the effects between the two groups.Results:The success rate of resuscitation,Apgar score after resuscitation,the incidence of complications of the experimental group were lower than those of the conventional group.Conclusion:Fof the neonatal asphyxia,we should rescue timely,and comprehensive nursing,which is conducive to improve the success rate and reduce the mortality of children,and reduce the incidence of complications.
