目的：总结股骨颈骨折手术患者的护理干预效果。方法：将80例股骨颈骨折患者分为两组。进行护理干预，对照组进行一般常规护理，干预组在术前、术中、术后的不同阶段进行护理干预。结果：两组患者认知程度优良率、护理满意度比较均具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：加强对股骨颈骨折患者的术前、术中、术后和出院后的护理指导可以有效提高患者对股骨颈骨折疾病的认知程度、护理满意度和临床疗效。
目的：總結股骨頸骨摺手術患者的護理榦預效果。方法：將80例股骨頸骨摺患者分為兩組。進行護理榦預，對照組進行一般常規護理，榦預組在術前、術中、術後的不同階段進行護理榦預。結果：兩組患者認知程度優良率、護理滿意度比較均具有統計學意義(P＜0.05)。結論：加彊對股骨頸骨摺患者的術前、術中、術後和齣院後的護理指導可以有效提高患者對股骨頸骨摺疾病的認知程度、護理滿意度和臨床療效。
목적：총결고골경골절수술환자적호리간예효과。방법：장80례고골경골절환자분위량조。진행호리간예，대조조진행일반상규호리，간예조재술전、술중、술후적불동계단진행호리간예。결과：량조환자인지정도우량솔、호리만의도비교균구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：가강대고골경골절환자적술전、술중、술후화출원후적호리지도가이유효제고환자대고골경골절질병적인지정도、호리만의도화림상료효。
Objective:To summarize the effect of nursing intervention on patients with femoral neck fracture operation.Methods:80 patients with femoral neck fractures were given the nursing intervention,and the control group patients were given the general nursing.The intervention group patients were given nursing intervention in the different stages of preoperative,intraoperative, postoperative.Results:The excellent and good rate of cognitive degree,nursing satisfaction of the two groups patients had statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Strengthening the nursing guidance of femoral neck fracture patients in the preoperative,intraoperative,postoperative and after discharged from hospital time can improve the patient's cognitive level of femoral neck fracture disease,nursing satisfaction and clinical efficacy effectively.
