目的：探讨子宫下段垂直平行压迫缝合法治疗前罟胎盘术中出血的效果。方法将2012年2月-2015年2月该院收治的143例前罟胎盘术中出血患者分为2组,实验组72例给予子宫下段垂直平行压迫缝合法治疗,对照组71例给予宫腔纱条填塞术治疗。结果实验组总有效率(97.22%)高于对照组(77.46%),其手术时间(50.87±5.13)min短于对照组(88.11±5.52)min,产后出血量(420.22±189.85)mL少于对照组(928.86±431.55)mL,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论子宫下段垂直平行压迫缝合法治疗前罟胎盘术中出血,临床疗效明显,手术时间短,产后出血量少。

Objective To investigate the hemostatic effects of parallel vertical compression sutures by Hwu within the lower uterine segment in cesarean section for placenta previa. Methods 143 patients admitted in our hospital during February 2012 and Febru-ary 2015 who underwent bleeding during cesarean section for placenta previa were divided into two groups, the experimental group in which the 72 patients were treated with parallel vertical compression sutures by Hwu within the lower uterine segment, and the control group in which the 71 patients were given intrauterine packing with gauze. Results The total effective rate (97.22%) of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (77.46%), and the operation time (50.87±5.13) min of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group (88.11±5.52) min, and the postpartum hemorrhage (420.22±189.85) mLof the ob-servation group was less than that of the control group (928.86±431.55) mL, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The hemostatic effects of parallel vertical compression sutures by Hwu within the lower uterine segment in cesarean section for placenta previa is significant, which can reduce the postpartum hemorrhage within shorter operation time.
