目的：探究中药熏蒸用于治疗小儿痉挛型脑瘫的临床效果。方法整群选择2012年2月-2014年10月该院收治的小儿痉挛型脑瘫患者108例，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组均54例患者，其中对照组采用常规治疗方式，观察组在对照组基础上进行中药熏蒸治疗，评定两组患者治疗前后运动功能改变情况，并比较两组患者之间的差异。结果治疗3个疗程后，观察组MAS评分为（1.69±0.88)，明显低于对照组（P<0.05）、GMFM-88评分为（49.04±13.89)，显著优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论中药熏蒸用于治疗小儿痉挛型脑瘫的临床效果优于常规治疗方式，值得大力推广应用。

목적：탐구중약훈증용우치료소인경련형뇌탄적림상효과。방법정군선택2012년2월-2014년10월해원수치적소인경련형뇌탄환자108례，수궤분위관찰조화대조조，매조균54례환자，기중대조조채용상규치료방식，관찰조재대조조기출상진행중약훈증치료，평정량조환자치료전후운동공능개변정황，병비교량조환자지간적차이。결과치료3개료정후，관찰조MAS평분위（1.69±0.88)，명현저우대조조（P<0.05）、GMFM-88평분위（49.04±13.89)，현저우우대조조（P<0.05）。결론중약훈증용우치료소인경련형뇌탄적림상효과우우상규치료방식，치득대력추엄응용。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation being used to treat children with in-fantile spasm of cerebral palsy. Methods 108 children with infantile spasm cerebral palsy were selected from our hospital during February 2012 to October 2014, and randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group of 54 patients. The control group was used by conventional treatment, the observation group was used by traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on the basis of the control group, evaluated the changes of movement function and compared the differences between the two groups before and after treatment. Results After 3 courses of treatment, MAS of the observation group was (1.69±0.88) and lower than control group significantly (P<0.05); GMFM-88 score was (49.04±13.89) and significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Chinese medicine fumigation type used in the treatment of infantile spasm cerebral palsy clinical effect is superior to conventional treatment, is worth promoting the application.
