目的：探讨活血化痰法治疗精神失常患者的临床疗效。方法：收治精神失常患者112例，随机分为治疗组和对照组，各56例。治疗组应用活血化痰法加利培酮治疗，对照组单用利培酮治疗，比较两组疗效。结果：治疗组在神志、面部表情、舌苔、大小便方面改善明显，优于对照组。结论：活血化痰法治疗精神失常患者疗效确定。

목적：탐토활혈화담법치료정신실상환자적림상료효。방법：수치정신실상환자112례，수궤분위치료조화대조조，각56례。치료조응용활혈화담법가리배동치료，대조조단용리배동치료，비교량조료효。결과：치료조재신지、면부표정、설태、대소편방면개선명현，우우대조조。결론：활혈화담법치료정신실상환자료효학정。
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of Huo Xue Hua Tan method in the treatment of patients with mental disorders.Methods:112 patients with mental disorders were selected.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 56 cases in each.The treatment group was treated by Huo Xue Hua Tan method combined with risperidone.The control group was treated with risperidone.We compared the efficacy of two groups.Results:In the treatment group,consciousness, facial expressions,the tongue,the toilet improvement were better than the control group.Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of Huo Xue Hua Tan method in the treatment of patients with mental disorders was exact.
