目的：探讨气滞胃痛行自拟疏肝理气止痛汤的临床治疗效果。方法：收治气滞胃痛患者80例，按不同治疗方法分为对照组与观察组，各40例，对照组行常规西医治疗，观察组在其基础上行自拟疏肝理气止痛汤治疗。结果：观察组总有效率比对照组高，且总体健康评分比对照组高，差异均具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：气滞胃痛行自拟疏肝理气止痛汤治疗的临床效果显著，可改善其临床症状，并提高生活质量。

목적：탐토기체위통행자의소간리기지통탕적림상치료효과。방법：수치기체위통환자80례，안불동치료방법분위대조조여관찰조，각40례，대조조행상규서의치료，관찰조재기기출상행자의소간리기지통탕치료。결과：관찰조총유효솔비대조조고，차총체건강평분비대조조고，차이균구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：기체위통행자의소간리기지통탕치료적림상효과현저，가개선기림상증상，병제고생활질량。
Objective:To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of Shu Gan Li Qi Zhi Tong decoction in the treatment of patients with of Qi Zhi stomachache.Methods:80 patients with of Qi Zhi stomachache were selected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group with 40 cases in each group according to the different treatment methods.The control group were given the routine western medicine treatment,and the observed group were given the Shu Gan Li Qi Zhi Tong decoction treatment on the basis of the control group.Results:The total effective ratio of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the overall health score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Shu Gan Li Qi Zhi Tong decoction in the treatment of Qi Zhi stomachache is significant.It can improve the clinical symptoms,and also improve the quality of life.
