目的：观察小柴胡汤加减联合针刺治疗慢性咽炎的临床疗效。方法：收治慢性咽炎患者72例，随机分为治疗组、对照组，每组36例。对照组单纯采用针刺治疗，治疗组采用小柴胡汤加减联合针刺治疗，观察两组的治疗效果。结果：治疗组总有效率94.4%明显优于对照组的75.0%(P＜0.05)。结论：小柴胡汤加减联合针刺治疗慢性咽炎疗效优于单用针刺疗法。

목적：관찰소시호탕가감연합침자치료만성인염적림상료효。방법：수치만성인염환자72례，수궤분위치료조、대조조，매조36례。대조조단순채용침자치료，치료조채용소시호탕가감연합침자치료，관찰량조적치료효과。결과：치료조총유효솔94.4%명현우우대조조적75.0%(P＜0.05)。결론：소시호탕가감연합침자치료만성인염료효우우단용침자요법。
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Xiao Chai Hu decoction adjusted with acupuncture in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis.Methods:72 patients with chronic pharyngitis were selected.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 36 cases in each.The control group was only given acupuncture treatment.The treatment group was given Xiao Chai Hu decoction adjusted with acupuncture treatment.The treatment effects of two groups were observed.Results:The total effective rate(94.4%) of the treatment group was significantly better than 75% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of Xiao Chai Hu decoction adjusted with acupuncture in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis is better than only acupuncture treatment.
