目的：分析社区高血压合并糖尿病防治的重要意义与干预对策。方法：收治高血压合并糖尿病患者100例，给予社区卫生综合干预，比较干预前后患者知识掌握、血压与血糖、遵医用药情况。结果：在知识掌握、遵医用药、血糖、血压等情况上，干预后改善情况明显优于干预前(P＜0.05)。结论：对社区高血压合并糖尿病患者进行有效的综合干预能够达到防治效果，改善患者的生活方式，提高患者生活质量和远期生存率。

목적：분석사구고혈압합병당뇨병방치적중요의의여간예대책。방법：수치고혈압합병당뇨병환자100례，급여사구위생종합간예，비교간예전후환자지식장악、혈압여혈당、준의용약정황。결과：재지식장악、준의용약、혈당、혈압등정황상，간예후개선정황명현우우간예전(P＜0.05)。결론：대사구고혈압합병당뇨병환자진행유효적종합간예능구체도방치효과，개선환자적생활방식，제고환자생활질량화원기생존솔。
Objective:To analyze the important significance and intervention measures of prevention and control of hypertension combined with diabetes in the community.Methods:100 patients with hypertension combined with diabetes were selected.They were given community health comprehensive intervention.The knowledge acquisition,blood pressure and blood sugar,medicine taking as doctors' suggestion of patients were compared before and after intervention.Results:In the knowledge acquisition, medicine taking as doctors' suggestion,blood pressure and blood sugar and other situations,the improvement condition after intervention was better than that before intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion:Effective comprehensive intervention for the patients with hypertension combined with diabetes in the community can achieve the effect of prevention and control,improve the life-style of patients,improve the life quality and long-term survival rate of patients.
