目的：讨论品质管理圈(QCC)在妇产科开展优质护理服务中的应用。方法：收治妇产科患者200例，按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组，各100例；对照组给予常规护理服务，观察组给予品质管理圈优质护理，比较两组患者护理满意度。结果：观察组患者护理满意度明显比对照组高(P＜0.05)。结论：在妇产科护理服务当中采用品质管理圈优质护理服务不仅能够提高护理服务质量，还能提高患者满意度。

목적：토론품질관리권(QCC)재부산과개전우질호리복무중적응용。방법：수치부산과환자200례，안수궤수자표법분위관찰조여대조조，각100례；대조조급여상규호리복무，관찰조급여품질관리권우질호리，비교량조환자호리만의도。결과：관찰조환자호리만의도명현비대조조고(P＜0.05)。결론：재부산과호리복무당중채용품질관리권우질호리복무불부능구제고호리복무질량，환능제고환자만의도。
Objective:To discuss the application of quality control circle on the high quality nursing service in the department of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods:200 patients hospitalized in the department of obstetrics and gynecology were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 100 cases in each.Patients in the control group were given conventional nursing,while patients in the observation group were given quality control circle of high quality of nursing,then we compared nursing satisfaction of patients in two groups.Results:The satisfaction degree of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The quality control circle of high quality nursing service applicated in the department of obstetrics and gynecology can not only improve the quality of nursing service,but also improve the satisfaction degree of patients.
