目的：探讨主动脉夹层介入治疗的护理。方法：收治主动脉夹层患者17例，随机分为试验组与对照组，对照组(n=8)予以常规护理，试验组(n=9)在常规护理的基础上，予以综合护理，观察两组患者的护理效果。结果：试验组护理总有效率87.5%明显高于对照组的55.5%，差异具有统计学意义(χ2=6.035，P＜0.05)。结论：对主动脉夹层动脉瘤腔内覆膜支架植入患者予以综合护理效果显著。

목적：탐토주동맥협층개입치료적호리。방법：수치주동맥협층환자17례，수궤분위시험조여대조조，대조조(n=8)여이상규호리，시험조(n=9)재상규호리적기출상，여이종합호리，관찰량조환자적호리효과。결과：시험조호리총유효솔87.5%명현고우대조조적55.5%，차이구유통계학의의(χ2=6.035，P＜0.05)。결론：대주동맥협층동맥류강내복막지가식입환자여이종합호리효과현저。
Objective:To explore the nursing of interventional therapy of patients with aortic dissection.Methods:17 patients with aortic dissection were selected.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The control group(n=8)of patients with routine nursing care.Patients in the experimental group(n=9)were treated with comprehensive nursing care on the basis of routine nursing.We observed the nursing effect of the two groups.Results:The total efficiency of nursing of the experimental group 87.5% was significantly higher than the control group of 55.5% ,and the difference was statistically significant( χ 2=6.035, P<0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive care effect of aortic dissection endovascular stent graft to be implanted in patients is remarkable.
