目的：探讨连续性血液净化对重症胰腺炎患者的临床疗效及护理措施。方法：收治重症胰腺炎患者56例，随机分为血液净化组与传统治疗组，各28例，传统治疗组给予综合治疗，血液净化组在传统治疗组的基础上采用连续性血液净化并加强护理干预，观察患者的APACHEⅡ评分改善情况和治愈率。结果：血液净化组的APACHEⅡ评分改善明显优于传统治疗组，治愈率92.86%明显高于传统治疗组的71.43%(P＜0.05)。结论：重症胰腺炎患者采用连续性血液净化并加强护理干预具有良好的临床疗效。
목적：탐토련속성혈액정화대중증이선염환자적림상료효급호리조시。방법：수치중증이선염환자56례，수궤분위혈액정화조여전통치료조，각28례，전통치료조급여종합치료，혈액정화조재전통치료조적기출상채용련속성혈액정화병가강호리간예，관찰환자적APACHEⅡ평분개선정황화치유솔。결과：혈액정화조적APACHEⅡ평분개선명현우우전통치료조，치유솔92.86%명현고우전통치료조적71.43%(P＜0.05)。결론：중증이선염환자채용련속성혈액정화병가강호리간예구유량호적림상료효。
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect and nursing of continuous blood purification for the patients with severe acute pancreatitis.Methods:56 patients with severe acute pancreatitis were selected.They were randomly divided into the blood purification group and the traditional treatment group with 28 cases in each.The traditional treatment group was given comprehensive treatment,and the blood purification group was given continuous blood purification and strengthening the nursing intervention on the basis of the traditional treatment group,then we observed the APACHE Ⅱ score improvement and cure rate of the two groups.Results:In the blood purification group,APACHE Ⅱ score improvement was significantly better than the traditional treatment group.The cure rate of 92.86% was significantly higher than 71.43% of the traditional treatment group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Continuous blood purification and strengthening the nursing intervention for patients with severe acute pancreatitis had good clinical curative effect.
