目的：探讨音乐疗法对冠心病介入术后患者睡眠质量的影响。方法：冠心病介入术后患者60例，被随机分为对照组和试验组，各30例。两组均给予基础护理及生活护理，试验组在此基础上加用音乐疗法，比较两组的效果。结果：阿森斯失眠量表(AIS)的变化：对照组术后当天、第1天、第2天、第3天与术前比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，试验组从术后当天起与术前比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。术后当天、第1天、第2天试验组和对照组差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：音乐疗法可改善冠心病介入术后患者的睡眠状况和心理状态。

목적：탐토음악요법대관심병개입술후환자수면질량적영향。방법：관심병개입술후환자60례，피수궤분위대조조화시험조，각30례。량조균급여기출호리급생활호리，시험조재차기출상가용음악요법，비교량조적효과。결과：아삼사실면량표(AIS)적변화：대조조술후당천、제1천、제2천、제3천여술전비교차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)，시험조종술후당천기여술전비교차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。술후당천、제1천、제2천시험조화대조조차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：음악요법가개선관심병개입술후환자적수면상황화심리상태。
Objective:To explore the effect of music therapy on sleep quality after coronary intervention.Methods:60 cases after coronary intervention were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group with 30 patients in each.Two groups were given basic nursing and life nursing.The experimental group were given music therapy on the basis of this.We compared the effect of the two groups.Results:Assens insomnia volume table(AIS) changes:in the control group,compared with before operation,there was significant difference at the day after surgery,the first day,the second day and the third day (P<0.05);in the experimental group,compared with before operation,there was significant difference from the day after surgery (P<0.05).There was significant difference at the day after surgery,the first day and the second day between the experimental group and the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Music therapy can improve the sleep and psychological state of patients after coronary intervention.
