目的：探讨临床血液检验出现误差的原因，并以此为基础提出有针对性的应对措施。方法：选择各类血液检验标本200份，采用回顾性分析的方法对其中所出现的误差进行总结和分析，并以此为基础提出有针对性的应对方法。结果：出现误差的原因大致可以归结为标本检验原因、标本送检原因、标本采集原因和患者自身原因4个类型。结论：对临床血液检验造成实质性影响的原因比较多，因此在实际操作过程中每一个环节都必须严格按照章程进行，对于发现的问题应该及时采取应对措施，这样才能最大限度地降低临床血液检验的误差。

목적：탐토림상혈액검험출현오차적원인，병이차위기출제출유침대성적응대조시。방법：선택각류혈액검험표본200빈，채용회고성분석적방법대기중소출현적오차진행총결화분석，병이차위기출제출유침대성적응대방법。결과：출현오차적원인대치가이귀결위표본검험원인、표본송검원인、표본채집원인화환자자신원인4개류형。결론：대림상혈액검험조성실질성영향적원인비교다，인차재실제조작과정중매일개배절도필수엄격안조장정진행，대우발현적문제응해급시채취응대조시，저양재능최대한도지강저림상혈액검험적오차。
Objective:To explore the causes of clinical blood test errors,and to propose targeted countermeasures on the basis of this.Methods:200 copies of various blood test specimens were selected.By review analysis method,we summarized and analyzed the errors in them,and put forward the countermeasures on the basis of this.Results:The causes of the error roughly can be attributed to specimens testing reason,specimen transport reason,specimens collection reason and patients for their own reason. Conclusion:The reasons which caused substantive impact for clinical blood test were more,therefore,in the actual operation process,we must strictly enforce the regulations in every aspect,for the problems found,we should take timely measures to deal with,so as to furthest reduce errors in clinical blood test.
