目的：分析和研究影像学对老年慢性肺炎患者的诊断价值。方法：收治老年慢性肺炎患者55例，采用X线和 CT 对患者进行检查，对 X 线和 CT 结果的特点进行总结。结果：在55例患者中经过 X 线检查均发现有局灶性病变，具体表现为密度均匀或者不均匀、边界模糊不清、类椭圆形、不规则；CT表现为较低的病变密度、模糊或不清楚的边缘、光整或不齐的轮廓，其中病变周边局部胸膜肥厚17例，有增粗血管影13例，有毛玻璃晕环7例。利用影像学诊断的55例患者中，诊断准确20例，相对于综合诊断结果而言，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：老年慢性肺炎患者的影像并不具备特异性，采用X线联合CT诊断属于一种较为合适的诊断方法，然而医生仍然需要与其他方法相结合。

Objective:To analyze and research the value of imaging diagnostic of elderly patients with chronic pneumonia. Methods:55 elderly patients with chronic pneumonia were selected.All the patients were taken X-ray and CT examination.The characteristics of the X-ray and CT were summarized.Results:All patients showed focal lesions after X-ray examination in 55 patients.The specific performance of X-ray density is uniform or uneven,blurred boundary,oval,irregular.CT showed low density lesions,vague or unclear edge,finishing or irregular contour,of which 17 cases of lesions surrounding local pleural thickening, thickening of blood vessels in 13 cases,ground glass halo in 7 cases.20 patients were diagnosed accurately in 55 patients by imaging diagnosis,and there was statistically significant difference compared with the comprehensive diagnosis results(P<0.05). Conclusion:Elderly patients with chronic pneumonia does not have a specific image.The X-ray combined with CT diagnosis is a kind of suitable diagnostic methods,but the doctors still need to take other combined methods.
