目的：探讨不同仪器检测C反应蛋白(CRP)的结果差异及相关性。方法：采用日立7600全自动生化分析仪检测血清中CRP含量，OmlipoTM特定蛋白分析仪及ABX Micros CRP 200血液分析仪测定全血C反应蛋白含量，对比其检测结果。结果：3种仪器结果差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)，血液分析仪组(y)与生化分析仪组(x)比较，血液分析仪组(y)与特定蛋白组(x)比较，特定蛋白仪组(y)与生化分析仪组(x)比较，均具有极好的相关性。结论：定期在不同仪器之间比对，通过校正及比对试验后可以取得结果之间的一致性，从而满足临床的需要。

목적：탐토불동의기검측C반응단백(CRP)적결과차이급상관성。방법：채용일립7600전자동생화분석의검측혈청중CRP함량，OmlipoTM특정단백분석의급ABX Micros CRP 200혈액분석의측정전혈C반응단백함량，대비기검측결과。결과：3충의기결과차이무통계학의의(P＞0.05)，혈액분석의조(y)여생화분석의조(x)비교，혈액분석의조(y)여특정단백조(x)비교，특정단백의조(y)여생화분석의조(x)비교，균구유겁호적상관성。결론：정기재불동의기지간비대，통과교정급비대시험후가이취득결과지간적일치성，종이만족림상적수요。
Objective:To explore the differences and correlation between C-reactive protein(CRP) results of different instruments determination.Methods:Hitachi 7600 automatic biochemical analyzer was used to detect serum CRP content.OmlipoTM special protein analyzer and ABX Micros CRP 200 were used to detect whole blood CRP content.The test results were compared.Results:The results of three kinds of instruments had no significant difference(P>0.05).The blood analyzer group(y) was compared with the biochemical analyzer group(x),the blood analyzer group(y) was compared with the specific protein group(x),the specific protein group(y) was compared with the blood analyzer group(x),and all had excellent correlation.Conclusion:Regular comparison in different between instruments,through the calibration and comparison tests can obtain the consistency between the results to meet the clinical need.
