目的：观察头针结合语言训练治疗脑性瘫痪语言障碍的临床疗效。方法：将120例脑瘫患儿随机分为常规治疗组、常规治疗配合头针治疗组、常规治疗配合头针治疗以及语言训练及治疗组，各40例，3组在完全相同的医疗环境中进行功能康复和语言障碍治疗，治疗3个月为1个疗程。结果：常规治疗配合头针治疗组的临床疗效要优于常规治疗组(P＜0.05)；常规治疗配合头针治疗以及语言训练治疗组的临床疗效要优于常规治疗配合头针治疗组(P＜0.05)。结论：头针结合语言训练方法对脑性瘫痪语言障碍患者进行治疗具有显著效果。
목적：관찰두침결합어언훈련치료뇌성탄탄어언장애적림상료효。방법：장120례뇌탄환인수궤분위상규치료조、상규치료배합두침치료조、상규치료배합두침치료이급어언훈련급치료조，각40례，3조재완전상동적의료배경중진행공능강복화어언장애치료，치료3개월위1개료정。결과：상규치료배합두침치료조적림상료효요우우상규치료조(P＜0.05)；상규치료배합두침치료이급어언훈련치료조적림상료효요우우상규치료배합두침치료조(P＜0.05)。결론：두침결합어언훈련방법대뇌성탄탄어언장애환자진행치료구유현저효과。
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture combined with language training in the treatment of cerebral palsy language disorders.Methods:120 children with cerebral palsy were divided into three groups with 40 cases in each, including the routine treatment group,scalp acupuncture combined with routine treatment group,scalp acupuncture combined with language training and conventional treatment group.Patients in three groups were given functional rehabilitation and language barrier treatment under the same medical environment,3 months as a course of treatment.Results:The clinical curative effect of the conventional treatment combined with scalp acupuncture treatment group was better than that of the conventional treatment group(P<0.05);while the clinical curative effect of conventional treatment combined with scalp acupuncture and language training group was superior than the conventional treatment combined with scalp acupuncture group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with language training methods has significant effect on cerebral palsy patients with language disorder.
