目的：分析替普瑞酮胶囊联合叶酸改善慢性萎缩性胃炎患者胃黏膜的效果和安全性。方法：将105例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者分为对照组和试验组。对照组给予口服维酶素、叶酸治疗，试验组给予口服替普瑞酮胶囊、叶酸治疗。通过复查胃镜和活检评价胃黏膜改善效果。结果：试验组临床症状积分改善明显高于对照组(P＜0.05)；试验组总有效率明显高于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：替普瑞酮胶囊联合叶酸治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎患者具有显著疗效，能够改善患者的临床症状，促进患者早期康复，在预防胃炎进一步癌变和提高生存质量方面具有重要的作用。
목적：분석체보서동효낭연합협산개선만성위축성위염환자위점막적효과화안전성。방법：장105례만성위축성위염환자분위대조조화시험조。대조조급여구복유매소、협산치료，시험조급여구복체보서동효낭、협산치료。통과복사위경화활검평개위점막개선효과。결과：시험조림상증상적분개선명현고우대조조(P＜0.05)；시험조총유효솔명현고우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：체보서동효낭연합협산치료만성위축성위염환자구유현저료효，능구개선환자적림상증상，촉진환자조기강복，재예방위염진일보암변화제고생존질량방면구유중요적작용。
Objective:To analyze the effect and safety of terprenone capsules combined with folic acid on the gastric mucosa of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods:105 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis were divided into the control group and the experimental group.The control group were given oral vitacoenzyme,folic acid treatment.The experimental group were given oral teprenone capsules,folic acid treatment.The gastric mucosa improvement effect was evaluated by review of gastroscopy and biopsy.Results:The clinical symptom score improvement of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Terprenone capsules combined with folic acid in the treatment of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis has significant curative effect.It can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and promote the early rehabilitation of patients.It has an important role in preventing gastritis further carcinogenesis and improving the quality of life.
