目的：探讨复方樟柳碱联合地塞米松离子导入治疗眼外肌麻痹的疗效。方法：收治眼外肌麻痹患者72例(眼)，将其随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组进行活血化瘀治疗，观察组进行复方樟柳碱行颞浅动脉旁注射联合地塞米松离子导入治疗。对两组患者的治疗效果进行比较。结果：观察组有效率94.4%明显高于对照组的77.7%(P＜0.05)。结论：在眼外肌麻痹的治疗中应用复方樟柳碱联合地塞米松离子导入治疗能够取得良好的治疗效果，且无不良反应和并发症。
목적：탐토복방장류감연합지새미송리자도입치료안외기마비적료효。방법：수치안외기마비환자72례(안)，장기수궤분위대조조화관찰조。대조조진행활혈화어치료，관찰조진행복방장류감행섭천동맥방주사연합지새미송리자도입치료。대량조환자적치료효과진행비교。결과：관찰조유효솔94.4%명현고우대조조적77.7%(P＜0.05)。결론：재안외기마비적치료중응용복방장류감연합지새미송리자도입치료능구취득량호적치료효과，차무불량반응화병발증。
Objective:To explore the curative effect of compound anisodine combined with dexamethasone by iontophoresis in the treatment of patients with ophthalmoplegia.Methods:72 patients with ophthalmoplegia were selected,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group randomly.The patients in the control group were given promoting blood circulation therapy,and those in the observation group were given the treatment that injected compound anisodine beside superficial temporal artery combined with dexamethasone by iontophoresis.The curative effect of the two groups were compared then.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was 94.4% significantly higher than the control group of 77.7%(P<0.05).Conclusion:There would be well curative effect of compound anisodine combined with dexamethasone by iontophoresis in the treatment of patients with ophthalmoplegia,and also there were no side effects and complications.
