目的：探讨个体化健康教育对消化性溃疡复发患者治疗依从性的影响。方法：收治消化性溃疡患者120例，随机分为两组，对照组52例常规治疗及护理，干预组68例在对照组基础上给予个体化健康教育。结果：经过护理干预后，干预组出院后医嘱依从性较对照组显著(P＜0.01)。干预组出院后复发率较对照组降低(P＜0.01)。结论：护理干预可以提高患者治疗顺从率，从而达到提高疗效、降低复发率的作用。
目的：探討箇體化健康教育對消化性潰瘍複髮患者治療依從性的影響。方法：收治消化性潰瘍患者120例，隨機分為兩組，對照組52例常規治療及護理，榦預組68例在對照組基礎上給予箇體化健康教育。結果：經過護理榦預後，榦預組齣院後醫囑依從性較對照組顯著(P＜0.01)。榦預組齣院後複髮率較對照組降低(P＜0.01)。結論：護理榦預可以提高患者治療順從率，從而達到提高療效、降低複髮率的作用。
목적：탐토개체화건강교육대소화성궤양복발환자치료의종성적영향。방법：수치소화성궤양환자120례，수궤분위량조，대조조52례상규치료급호리，간예조68례재대조조기출상급여개체화건강교육。결과：경과호리간예후，간예조출원후의촉의종성교대조조현저(P＜0.01)。간예조출원후복발솔교대조조강저(P＜0.01)。결론：호리간예가이제고환자치료순종솔，종이체도제고료효、강저복발솔적작용。
Objective:To explore the influence of individualized health education on treatment compliance of patients with peptic ulcer recurrence.Methods:120 patients with peptic ulcer were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group(52 cases) and the intervention group(68 cases).Patients in the control group were received routine treatment and nursing,while in the intervention group were added individual health education based on the treatment and nursing given by the control group.Results:After nursing intervention,patients compliance after discharge in the intervention group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.01).And the recurrence cases after discharge in the intervention group were less than the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion:Nursing intervention can improve the treatment compliance rate,so as to improve the curative effect and reduce relapse.
