目的:探讨引导式教育方法在高危儿脑损伤早期干预中的治疗效果。方法:收治高危儿脑损伤患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组采取常规治疗措施,观察组在常规治疗的基础上加入引导式教育,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:观察组的发育商前后差值要高于对照组。结论:引导式教育能够有效促进高危儿的健康发育。

Objective:To explore the treatment effect of the guided education for the early intervention of brain damage in high risk infants.Methods:100 high risk infants with brain damage were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was given guided education on the basis of routine treatment,then we compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group, the difference before and after intervention of developing quotient was higher than that in the control group.Conclusion:Guided education can effectively promote the healthy development of high risk infants.
