目的：探讨不同封闭液对患者放置留置针后并发症的影响。方法：收治住院患者136例，随机分为观察组86例和对照组50例，对照组采用肝素液封闭，观察组采用生理盐水封闭，比较两组效果。结果：观察组在出血和回血方面显著优于对照组(P＜0.05)。进一步探索低浓度组(65 U/mL)和高浓度组(130 U/mL)肝素液封管效果后发现，二者在出血及回血方面差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论：肝素液封闭留置管相比于生理盐水能显著减少放置后出血及回血的发生，但不同浓度的肝素液的封闭结果未见明显差异。

목적：탐토불동봉폐액대환자방치류치침후병발증적영향。방법：수치주원환자136례，수궤분위관찰조86례화대조조50례，대조조채용간소액봉폐，관찰조채용생리염수봉폐，비교량조효과。결과：관찰조재출혈화회혈방면현저우우대조조(P＜0.05)。진일보탐색저농도조(65 U/mL)화고농도조(130 U/mL)간소액봉관효과후발현，이자재출혈급회혈방면차이무통계학의의(P＞0.05)。결론：간소액봉폐류치관상비우생리염수능현저감소방치후출혈급회혈적발생，단불동농도적간소액적봉폐결과미견명현차이。
Objective:To explore the influence of different sealing fluid for the complication in patients after placing indwelling needle.Methods:136 hospitalized patients were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group(86 cases) and the observation group(50 cases).The control group were given heparin for tube sealing,and the observation group were given physiological saline for tube sealin.We compared the effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,bleeding and blood return were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).We further explored the effect of tube sealing with low concentration group(65 U/mL) and high concentration group(130 U/mL),and there was no significant difference in bleeding and blood return of the two groups.Conclusion:Compared with physiological saline,heparin for tube sealing can significantly reduce the bleeding and blood return,but different concentrations of heparin for the tube sealing showed no significant difference.
