目的：分析妇产科患者手术后疼痛的护理措施。方法：将86例妇产科手术患者随机平均分为观察组和对照组，对照组接受常规护理，观察组在接受常规护理的基础上再给予体位护理、手术切口护理、行为指导、心理护理、药物干预等综合护理干预措施，对比两组患者48 h内疼痛程度以及患者对护理工作的满意度。结果：观察组的疼痛程度显著低于对照组(P＜0.05)。观察组的满意度97.6%，对照组满意度83.7%，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：综合护理干预可更快减轻患者的术后疼痛程度，提高患者对护理工作的满意度。

목적：분석부산과환자수술후동통적호리조시。방법：장86례부산과수술환자수궤평균분위관찰조화대조조，대조조접수상규호리，관찰조재접수상규호리적기출상재급여체위호리、수술절구호리、행위지도、심리호리、약물간예등종합호리간예조시，대비량조환자48 h내동통정도이급환자대호리공작적만의도。결과：관찰조적동통정도현저저우대조조(P＜0.05)。관찰조적만의도97.6%，대조조만의도83.7%，량조비교차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：종합호리간예가경쾌감경환자적술후동통정도，제고환자대호리공작적만의도。
Objective:To analyze the nursing measures of pain after operation of gynecologic and obstetric patients.Methods:86 cases of patients with gynecologic operation were equal randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. Patients of the control group received routine nursing care.Patients in the observation group received postural care,incision nursing,psychological nursing,drug intervention measures and other comprehensive nursing on the basis of the routine nursing care.We compared the degree of pain and patient satisfaction with nursing work within 48 h of patients between the two groups. Results:The degree of pain in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.6% ,and the control group was 83.7% .The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention can quickly reduce the degree of the pain of postoperative patients and improve patient satisfaction with nursing work.
