目的：探讨肠镜检查后化学性结肠炎发生的原因、临床疗效和护理，以及今后工作中的预防方法。方法：对3例肠镜检查后化学性结肠炎患者，在常规治疗的基础上采用激素、抗生素等保留灌肠，对比肠镜下肠道黏膜变化情况。结果：3例化学性结肠炎患者症状均明显好转，改善肠镜清洗方法后至今未再出现新发化学性结肠炎患者。结论：化学性结肠炎采用综合性治疗后效果良好，严密观察病情变化，改善肠镜清洗方法是预防该病发生的关键。
目的：探討腸鏡檢查後化學性結腸炎髮生的原因、臨床療效和護理，以及今後工作中的預防方法。方法：對3例腸鏡檢查後化學性結腸炎患者，在常規治療的基礎上採用激素、抗生素等保留灌腸，對比腸鏡下腸道黏膜變化情況。結果：3例化學性結腸炎患者癥狀均明顯好轉，改善腸鏡清洗方法後至今未再齣現新髮化學性結腸炎患者。結論：化學性結腸炎採用綜閤性治療後效果良好，嚴密觀察病情變化，改善腸鏡清洗方法是預防該病髮生的關鍵。
목적：탐토장경검사후화학성결장염발생적원인、림상료효화호리，이급금후공작중적예방방법。방법：대3례장경검사후화학성결장염환자，재상규치료적기출상채용격소、항생소등보류관장，대비장경하장도점막변화정황。결과：3례화학성결장염환자증상균명현호전，개선장경청세방법후지금미재출현신발화학성결장염환자。결론：화학성결장염채용종합성치료후효과량호，엄밀관찰병정변화，개선장경청세방법시예방해병발생적관건。
Objective:To explore the occurring reasons of chemical colitis after enteroscheocele,and its clinical curative effect and nursing,in addations,its prevention methods in the future work.Methods:3 patients with chemical colitis after enteroscheocele were selected.They were given hormones,antibiotics and other retention enema based on the conventional treatment,then we compared the changes of intestinal mucosal under the endoscopic.Results:All of those 3 patients with chemical colitis symptoms were improved significantly,and their chemical colitis symptoms did not appeared again until now after taken improved colonoscopy cleaning method.Conclusion:Comprehensive treatment on chemical colitis has good effect.The key to prevent the occurrence of disease is observing the changes of condition closely,and improve colonoscopy cleaning method.
