目的：探讨优质护理服务在肱骨干骨折术后康复治疗中的临床应用价值。方法：收治肱骨干骨折患者80例，随机分成观察组与对照组，对照组40例给予常规的临床护理模式，观察组40例在常规护理基础上采用优质护理服务，比较分析两组患者术后的康复效果以及并发症的发生情况。结果：观察组全面康复38例，行二次护理2例，对照组全面康复31例，行二次护理9例，两组比较，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；观察组术后并发症发生率5.00%明显低于对照组的25.00%(P＜0.05)。结论：在肱骨干骨折患者术后康复治疗过程中给予优质的护理服务，能够显著提高康复效果，减少术后并发症发生率。
목적：탐토우질호리복무재굉골간골절술후강복치료중적림상응용개치。방법：수치굉골간골절환자80례，수궤분성관찰조여대조조，대조조40례급여상규적림상호리모식，관찰조40례재상규호리기출상채용우질호리복무，비교분석량조환자술후적강복효과이급병발증적발생정황。결과：관찰조전면강복38례，행이차호리2례，대조조전면강복31례，행이차호리9례，량조비교，차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)；관찰조술후병발증발생솔5.00%명현저우대조조적25.00%(P＜0.05)。결론：재굉골간골절환자술후강복치료과정중급여우질적호리복무，능구현저제고강복효과，감소술후병발증발생솔。
Objective:To investigate the clinical application value of high quality nursing service in the application of rehabilitation treatment of patients with humeral shaft fracture after operation.Methods:80 patients with humeral shaft fracture were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.40 cases in the control group were given clinical routine nursing model.40 cases of the observation group were given high quality nursing service on the basis of routine care.We compared and analyzed the incidence of complications and rehabilitation effect of the patients in the two groups after operation.Results:38 cases of the observation group got complete rehabilitation,and 2 cases underwent secondary nursing care.31 cases of the control group attain complete rehabilitation,and 9 cases underwent secondary nursing care.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The postoperative complication rate of the observation group of 5% was significantly lower than the control group of 25%(P<0.05).Conclusion:Giving high quality nursing service during rehabilitation treatment of patients with humeral shaft fracture after operation can significantly improve the effectiveness of rehabilitation,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
